View Individual Supplier Scores and Ranks

Overview

As a buyer, view evaluation results (scores and ranks) for each supplier. This feature is available when a scoring logic is configured in the template.

Prerequisites

• You must be logged in with a buyer account.
• A scoring logic must be linked to the template.
• The supplier must have submitted their response.

Steps

1. Open the Score & Rank tab on the survey detail screen.

Available Information

• Total Score — Overall evaluation score for the survey (%)
• Section Scores — Evaluation scores for each question section (%)
• Rank — Five-tier rating based on the score (A / B / C / D / E)
• Knockout status — Whether a knockout choice was selected

Notes

• Suppliers who have not responded or are in progress are not displayed.
• You can filter by rank or knockout status.
• Sections not subject to scoring are displayed as "-".
