Issue a Supplier Registration Invitation URL

Overview

As a buyer, issue an invitation URL to link a supplier to your buyer account. Suppliers use this URL to create an account and submit a registration request.

Prerequisites

You must be logged in with a buyer account. If you are a group-level user, you must be assigned to a group.

Steps

1. Click the "Copy Supplier Registration URL" button on the supplier list screen.
2. A group selection dialog is displayed.
3. Select one group to link.
4. Click the "Copy URL" button.
5. The invitation URL is copied to your clipboard.

Result

An invitation URL valid for 30 days is issued. Share this URL with the supplier.

Notes

• The "Copy URL" button is disabled when no group is selected.
• Group-level users without an assigned group cannot issue URLs.
• The URL is valid for 30 days from issuance.
