View the Overall Survey Progress Summary

View survey response progress as a summary and by group

Overview

As a buyer, view the overall survey response progress in a summary and identify suppliers that need follow-up.

Prerequisites

You must be logged in with a buyer account.

Steps

  1. Click the "Details" button for the target survey from the survey list.
  2. Check the "Progress" section in the General Information tab on the survey detail screen.

Available Information

  • Submission rate — Overall submission rate (%)
  • Distribution count — Total number of suppliers
  • Not responded — Number of suppliers who have never opened the response page
  • In progress — Number of suppliers who opened the response page but have not submitted
  • Submitted — Number of suppliers who have pressed the submit button

Progress by Group

Submission rates and status counts are displayed in a table for each group. Submission rates are color-coded (green: 80% or above, yellow: 50-79%, red: below 50%).
