Steps to create a new account and register as a respondent via invitation URL

Overview

As a supplier, create an account from the invitation URL shared by the buyer and register as a respondent.

Prerequisites

You must have received an invitation URL from the buyer.

Steps

  1. Open the invitation URL shared by the buyer in your browser.
  2. The login screen is displayed. Click "Create Account."
  3. Agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and click "Next."
  4. Enter your name, company name, email address, and password, then click "Next."
  5. The provisional registration screen is displayed. A verification email is sent to the entered email address.
  6. Open the URL in the verification email.

Result

Email verification and respondent registration are completed, and the registration complete screen is displayed. You can now log in and respond to surveys.

Notes

  • The invitation URL is valid for 30 days.
  • If the email address is already registered, you will be directed to the login screen.
